As a professional firm, your account is billed on TWO lines:

$49/month subscription for 1 attorney/paralegal seat (recurring, cancel anytime).
$45 per case your seat accesses, opens, or works on. A "case" is any client family-based petition folder your firm touches — reviewing, editing, generating a packet, or downloading forms all count as accessing.

This is different from our consumer product. Consumers pay $499 for their first I-130 and $375 for each additional I-130 filed by the same petitioner. You are a professional user; your firm is billed both a subscription fee AND a per-case access fee. You must acknowledge this before we can create your firm account.

I acknowledge that (1) my firm will be charged $49/mo for seats and $45 per case our seats access, (2) my firm bills its own clients directly and GreenCardsUSA takes no commission from client fees, and (3) I agree to theplatform terms.
