• Extract, scrape, or otherwise systematically download the service's user-facing content beyond ordinary personal use.
• Share credentials, API keys, or other access tokens with any third party without prior written authorization.
• Use the service to submit fraudulent, misleading, or intentionally inaccurate information to USCIS or any court or government agency.

The service is currently in private beta. Beta testers, attorneys, partner law firms, and any other party granted early access agree to treat the service, its screens, its wording, and any documents or credentials provided as confidential. Screenshots, demo recordings, and derivative descriptions may not be distributed outside the beta tester's own organization without written consent.

The service produces software-assisted English translations of foreign-language documents via Anthropic Claude. These translations are reviewed and certified by the user (as a competent self-translator under 8 CFR § 103.2(b)(3)) before submission. GreenCardsUSA makes no representation that any translation is court-certified, apostilled, or otherwise satisfies requirements beyond USCIS's basic "certified-translation" standard.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT WILL GREENCARDSUSA, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO USCIS REJECTIONS, MISSED DEADLINES, OR DENIED APPLICATIONS.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. The prevailing party in any action to enforce these Terms shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees.
